1. Paying with PayPal

With PayPal, you can send payments quickly and securely online.
Through PayPal, you can pay with Credit Card, Debit card, or Bank account balance.
Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site, where you can make the payment.

Advantages of using PayPal

Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Bestoutdor.com.au doesn't receive your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

2. Credit/Debit Cards

The following credit and debit cards can be used as payment:

- Visa
- MasterCard/EuroCard
- American Express
- Visa, MasterCard, or American Express pre-paid credit or gift cards

Credit and debit card options will be available at checkout. We secure your card with the highest security and work with your bank card issuer when processing your order.

We strongly recommend avoiding the use of gift cards or prepaid cards for payment, as they may cause problems if a refund is necessary.

Why has my payment been declined?

If you're having trouble paying with a credit or debit card, declined payments can be caused by one or more of the following:

1. PayPal

- The transaction page has timed out.
- Leaving the page before finishing the check-out procedure.
- Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to any secondary option like a bank account or a credit card.

2. Credit/Debit Cards

- The name and address of the cardholder do not match the billing details. Please ensure that all information, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, is entered correctly. Also, verify that the name and billing address correspond precisely as they appear on your card statement.
- We require a credit or debit card issued by an Australian-based bank or internationally recognized bank or financial institution. If your card is not authorized for international payments, the transaction may be declined.
- Your card may have reached the limit for online transactions.
- The payment transaction page has timed out.
- Leaving the page before completing the checkout process may cause an issue with the transaction.
